Very tragic and unfortunate incident, may the deceased's soul RIP and the injured recover soon!!

This vehicle is a Force Motors make Trax Cruiser mostly used in UK to transport human beings packed like sardines putting lives to great risk!!

One very common thing I have noted is that entire families get wiped out while going to or returning from a place of pilgrimage after taking the blessings of their favorite deities, this is indeed a big irony!! This is an everyday affair in states like Maharashtra and Karnataka!!! Just the other week an young couple and their only newborn died while on the way to Shirdi, they were from Kundapur!! Has anybody an answer to this phenomena!!

Best thing for the govt is to get the Vehicles registered and inspected every Year.. Look at the tyres of the cruiser hardly any treads left even if he had applied breaks there was no chance the vehicle would have stopped...

Cruiser's tires look in very bad shape. I do not understand how these drivers stake to risk the life of the innocent passengers on such bad tires. I pity the families of those who lost their lives. May God give them the power of tolerance!

    Sad & Tragic.

The tyre treads visible from the pics talk a lot of how the owner of the cruiser handled the vehicle.

With such state of tyre - even 50-60 kms speed an hour is dangerous.

Absolute negligence on part of the owner/driver.

CAN WE ACCEPT THE MYTH THAT ACCIDENTS ARE ACCIDENTS AND CAN NOT BE AVOIDED AT TIMES...???
I AM CONFUSED ON THIS SUBJECT...
SOMETIMES PEOPLE SLEEP OVER THE WHEEL DUE TO MANY REASONS INCLUDING FATIGUE, HYPOGLYCEMIA, SLEEPINESS, RARE FITS OR EVEN EXCESS ALCOHOL...
EXCESS SPEED MUST BE AVOIDED AT ANY TIME...
    POWER WITHOUT CONTROL IS NOTHING...
COMMUNITY DRIVERS MUST REALISE THEIR PRIMARY RSPONSIBILITY OF SAFETY OF THEIR TRUSTING PASSENGERS...
IF WE CARE FOR OTHERS LIVES THIS TYPE OF INCIDENTS MAY BE ON THE DECLINE...
