Telugu film 'Breakup' to release online simultaneously

Chennai, Sep 9 (IANS): Following in the footsteps of Telugu films such as "Alias Janaki" and "Athadu Aame O Scooter", upcoming Telugu romantic-drama "Breakup" will be released online Sep 20 simultaneously with its theatrical release.

"We could only manage to get as many as 100 screens for the theatrical release of our film. We have now decided to release it online simultaneously on the day its release. All Telugu film lovers abroad can watch the film online for a very affordable price," the film's director Amar Kamepalli, told IANS.

"Breakup" will be available for online viewing on Zingreel.

"We will soon announce the price for online viewing," said Kamepalli, and added: "Our film is inspired by real events that happened in Hyderabad four years ago. The film deals about the boy's effort to be reunited with his girl after breakup amidst love, lust and lies."

The film features Ranadhir Reddy and Swati Dikshit in lead roles, while Suresh, Allari Subhashini, M.S. Chowdhary and Harish will be seen in important roles.

Besides "Breakup", Telugu films such as "Kamina", "Drama", "Love Life", "Kalicharan", "D/O Varma" are lined up for release online.
