Rohit Bal joins forces with brand BIBA

New Delhi, Sep 18 (IANS): After associating with brands like Hidesign, Oriflame and Mitsubishi Outlander, ace designer Rohit Bal has now joined hands with apparel brand BIBA to design an exquisite collection titled BIBA by Rohit Bal.

Designed by Bal, the line offers premium ethnic wear collection including salwar-kameez sets designed particularly to tap the modern day Indian woman's demands.

"I’m extremely excited with this special partnership that BIBA and I have forged. India is a massive country with many people who have wished to experience my designs with BIBA’s vast distribution and great pricing,” Bal said in a statement.

“My designs will now become available to a very large cross-section of people. This is possibly the first of many such collections I will create with BIBA,” he added.

The collection will have a touch of Bal’s signature design sensibilities and BIBA’s ethnic brand lineage. Its launch is rightly timed for the upcoming festive season.

“This innovative association has marked the introduction of yet another striking collection that I am sure would be a fabulous treat for our customers,” said BIBA CEO Siddharth Bindra.

The exclusive Rohit Bal collection will be retailed at exclusive stores of the brand in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Ranchi, Patna, Lucknow, Cochin and also at select Shopper’s Stop, Lifestyle and Central stores.

Earlier, designer Manish Arora too had collaborated with the brand to retail his sub-brand Indian by Manish Arora.
