Gulshan Grover: T.P. Aggarwal's backing validated 'Baat Bann Gayi'


Mumbai, Sep 20 (IANS): Actor Gulshan Grover is thankful to producer T.P. Aggarwal for buying the distribution rights of "Baat Bann Gayi" and releasing it under his banner.

Co-produced by Sayed Asif Jah and Megha Agarwal, "Baat Bann Gayi" is a comedy and also features Ali Fazal, Anisa, Amrita Raichand, Razzak Khan and Akshay Singh.

"Baat Bann Gayi", which is coming out Oct 11, will see Ali Fazal and Gulshan in double roles.

"We made a small budget film. T.P. Aggarwal (producer) saw the film and bought all India distribution rights of the film. He is distributing the film and the film has got a kind of validation now," Gulshan said Thursday at the music launch of the movie here.

"It is good that the film has got a passionate distributor like Aggarwal," he added.

Meanwhile, Aggarwal, who had produced "Policegiri", is all praise for the film.

"I watched the film and it is really a good film. You (audiences) will go mad laughing when you will watch the film," Aggarwal said. "If it had not been that good, then I might not have decided to release the film under my banner," he added.
