Los Angeles, Oct 9 (IANS): Former American athlete Bruce Jenner and socialite Kris Jenner have ended their marriage and the former feels liberated.
The news has come just a day after Brody Jenner claimed that his father and stepmother have not ended their marriage.
Bruce is glad to be in control of his own life.
The Olympic gold medallist, who released a joint statement with Kris on Tuesday confirming their split, reportedly told several people at the Virginia International Raceway, which hosts amateur and professional automobile and motorcycle events, that he is very happy to be single again.
A source told tmz.com that the 63-year-old said: "I'm finally free to do what I want and live life the way I want."
Bruce, who attended the event with his sons, Brandon and Brody Jenner, was spotted flirting with a bunch of girls after racing a Lamborghini during the event.
The split between Bruce and Kris after 22 years of marriage is said to be amicable and they plan to continue co-parenting their daughters Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 16.
They parted ways in June, but haven't filed for divorce.
