Abu Dhabi, Mar 26: Bearys Welfare Forum-Abu Dhabi, a charitable and community service organization in the UAE organized a fun-filled get-together on March 21, at Al Wathba Park at the outskirts of the Abu Dhabi city
Large numbers of members, most. of them young Bearys along with ladies and children participated in the get-together.
The event started at 10:30 am with recitation of the Holy Quran by Mohamed Ershad Byrikatte.
Breakfast was served followed by a brief morning session.
Muhammed Ali Uchil, president, BWF inaugurated the event by addressing the gathered and briefed about the BWF-Activities, Abdulla Madumoole, general secretary, BWF- welcomed the gathering.
Imran Kudroli, Abdulla Madumoole, Mohamed Rafeeq Krishnapur, Jaleel Bajpe and Mohamed Kallapu organized the event.
Hamza Khader, and Mohammad Siddik Kaup conducted varieties fun-filled games, quizzes etc to keep the crowd entertained.
Abdulla Madumoole was the event manager. Ismail Shimoga sponsored the prizes and gifts.
It is a BWF- customary annual event, which provides educational discourses, entertainment, sports, several kinds of competitions and various other activities to the entire family to rejoice in a leisurely atmosphere. Spacious premises with separate tents for men and women, and a lot of fun filled programs provided a great escape from the routine to the entire family members.
Games like- cricket, dodge the ball, dog and bone, breaking the pot and tug of war were the prime attractions of the event. Spot prizes were also distributed. During the evening session prize distribution to the winners of various competitions were given. There was also a raffle drawing for the picnic participants including a air ticket to Mangalore.
Delicious Lunch, Juice and Snacks served to the participants arranged by Famous Maharaja Restaurant of Ramis Group.
Zahida Khader,Rubeena Imran and Sumayya Siddik were co ordinate the ladies and children’s events and games Hanif Ulla,Hameed Gurupur,Rashhed,VK,Mustafa Mata,Rasheed Bijai, Abdul Majeed,Majeed Athoor,Nazeer Ubar,were instrumental in the success of the BWF-Picnic-2014.
