Puttur, Jun 14: Vijesh, a student studying in Davangere died in a road mishap recently. Son of retired solider Kombaru John, a resident of Shiradi in Puttur taluk, Vijesh succumbed to serious injuries and died in a hospital in Davangere.

An unidentified vehicle hit his motorbike from the rear at Shamanoor cross. Vijesh was thrown out of the bike and was seriously injured.
