Fringe - new red carpet fashion trend

Los Angeles, June 3 (IANS): A standout fashion trend dominated the red carpet of the 2014 CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) Fashion Awards: Fringe cut dresses, gowns and tops.

It seems fringe details are the current favourite with celebrities like Olivia Wilde, Jaime King and Olivia Palermo wearing them, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Wilde showcased her amazing post-baby body in a black one-shouldered gown that fitted her perfectly and had a black fringe overlay all over.

King chose a white Calvin Klein number for the fashionable evening, which featured fringe tiers and sheer panels. White sandals and a sleek updo completed the look.

Palermo too opted for a fringed top and skirt from Ann Taylor.

However, she accessorised the look with a mix of gold cuff bracelets, gold drop earrings, a gold choker necklace, Lulu Guinness lips clutch and black feathered strap heels.

So, will you be taking inspiration from this red carpet fashion trend and trying the look yourself?
