Mangalore, Jul 13: An employee with the Second JMFC court here has been accused of cheating and a complaint in this regard has been filed in the Bunder police station.

Ramesh, a process server in the Second JMFC court here is said to have not deposited the money collected from fines to the government.  He cheated the court by forging the signature of the judge Vela D K from September 9, 2004 to October 7, 2004.

In this period he never deposited the money collected by way of fine to the bank.  Judge Vela D K has now filed a case in this regard with the Bunder police.
