Mangalore, Jul 19: Foundation stone for the St Anthony's School at Padil near was laid here recently.
Karnataka Bank chairman Ananthakrisna and was blessed by Fr Stany Lobo, parish priest of Angelore Church.
MLC Blasius M D'Souza, former president of Kannada Sahitya Parishat Harikrishna Punaroor, Mohammad Masood were the chief guests of the programme. Ahmad Bawa, Mohammad Mustafa, Joe D'Souza, Dr Annayya Kulal who were also present on the occasion wished every success to the school.
School correspondent J B Sequeira welcomed the gathering and school head mistress Prema proposed vote of thanks. Avilla Serrao and Mary Sequeira compered the programme.
