Mumbai, Jul 3: 'Bobby Jasoos’ starring Vidya Balan, is a romantic comedy-drama about a female private detective known as "Bobby", who wants to become the number one detective in the city of Hyderabad.
Vidya Balan plays the role of a detective for the first time in her career.
The film is produced by Vidya Balan’s close friend Diya Mirza. Diya Mirza, who is also an actress is producing the film with her fiancée Sahil Sanga under their production house Born Free Entertainment.
Ali Fazal of 'Fukrey' fame is all set to make debut as a hero in this film. He is paired opposite Vidya Balan in this venture.
The movie is made on a small budget of around Rs 18 crores. The movie is expected to recover its investment easily. The reaction to the trailer by audience has been good. The movie is all set to release on Friday July 4 worldwide.
