Mumbai, Jul 3: North Mumbai Loksabha MP Gopal C Shetty's elder sister Vasanthi Sunder Shetty (64) passed away due to a short term illness on Tuesday July 1 at her residence Dahisar.

The deceased was basically from  Santuru, Padubidri. Vasanthi Sunder Shetty is survived by her husband, a son and three daughters.
