Bradley Cooper's 'Elephant Man' delayed

Los Angele Jul 10 (IANS): Actor Bradley Cooper's fans will have to wait a few more weeks to see his return to the Broadway as his play “Elephant Man” has been delayed.

The "American Hustle" star is all geared up to reprise his role of badly deformed John Merrick in the play that is based on the real life story of Brit Joseph Merrick, reports contactmusic.com.

It marks his first stint on the Great White Way in eight years.

One of Cooper's spokesman told The New York Times that the production, which was supposed to begin previews in October this year, has been pushed back to November because of a scheduling conflict.

The show will open officially on Dec 7.
