Speeding car hits Indian worker in Riyadh


Riyadh, Oct 7 (IANS): An Indian worker was critically injured when a speeding car hit him while crossing the road in Riyadh, a media report said Tuesday.

The man was thrown into the air and came crashing down on the ground after being hit by the car in Dawadmi, Saudi Gazette reported Tuesday.

The victim was admitted to a hospital.

The Yemeni driver, who hit him, has been arrested and jailed.
