Ajit Pawar is still Maharashtra's deputy CM on govt website

Nagpur, Dec 9 (TNN): It's more than a month now that the BJP government led by Devendra Fadnavis took over the reins of the state. But it seems he is so busy saving his government in the first month that he could not spare time to check the government's official website which continues to show Ajit Pawar as the deputy chief minister.

Fadnavis and his party have majorly depended on information technology, internet and social media during elections. The party claimed that it would use these tools to provide a clean government. Ironically, the official website of the Maharashtra government www.maharashtra.gov.in has not been updated yet.

Interestingly, Fadnavis has targeted Ajit Pawar in the irrigation scam while PM Narendra Modi had termed NCP as 'Nationalist Corrupt Party' during election campaign.
