Dear NRIs. You have seen the systematic roads in the countries you work. Please try to implement it here. It is difficult here because of lot of mafias. But if you take it seriously you can.
Here people simply blame one another. No use. Our big wigs of society conduct cultural events, kambalas and Nagamandalas. Just a wastage of money to gain NAME. It is temporary. It will vanish from peoples mind after some time.

If our infrastructure is solid, No accidents, No blaming. Peaceful systematic life is possible.

    Please think of it.

Travelling from Moodabidri to by Bus is always a risky proposition. Drivers lack basic driving sense eg. clipping at 70kmshr or above on single roads, not keeping safe distance between the vehicle in front , sudden breaking at irregular stops to pick stray passengers etc.

In mangalore we need a good Traffic inspector like the one Kerala had.

The district authorities have turned a blind eye on speeding. It should impose strict speed limits within the city and highways to 20 kms out. Strict measures on lane discipline also should be implemented. when so many lives are sacrificed to the road accidents, why not the BD, KFD and PFs take up this issue and protest?

There is a shortage of experienced Bus drivers in our district. Besides experienced drivers demand high salary. Hence the Bus owners employ inexperienced young drivers at lower salary who drive the Bus recklessly and cause accidents. The permit of such buses should be cancelled permanently. Then only the Bus owners will mend their ways.

It is seen that despite the best efforts by The Traffic department, it is extremely difficult to curb THE OVER SPEEDING CRAZE, It is time that all transport vehicles are fitted with speed governors. That apart the traffic force in D.K. is inadequate to control the traffic. It is therefore expedient that the Government supplements the traffic force with additional traffic police.

Very sad and unfortunate for the family. The drivers of the city and express buses are not bothered about the other drivers, riders and pedestrians, they know they have the support of the bus owners. Since it is a strong mafia feeding the cops and the politicians. There should be a solution for this otherwise we will loose many more precious lives.

dont use two wheelers in india as there is no safety even wearing helmets.

even if two weeler rider is driving following all rules,if other heavy vehicles doesnt follow rules, two wheelers will be in heavy risk.

take a second hand hatchback car, if the budget is tight.

    Sad ..may her soul RIP.
We know not the actual cause of the Accident..may be the Speeding Bus...The Drivers licence should be suspended and he be jailed .
The Police should tighten up their Vigilance instead of just checking Papers on the Roadside...
The Buses should not be allowed to wait at the intermittent stops for long time as they then drive in high speeds to make it on time to their next stop...Why not install Speed governors on these Buses (60 Kmph).
Nowadays Two wheelers have flooded the Roads. Their speeds should be monitored and ensured that the Side view mirrors are in Place as I have seen new bikes whose Rear view mirrors removed and these are the very drivers who Zig Zag their way thro dangerously....
How many more lives should be lost before we wake up.....

Every life lost will be precious. It can hardly a matter of few minutes you may reach your destination early ,but it may cause some innocents to loose their life.
Look at others lives as your own and drive carefully. May her soul rest in peace. Too young to die such an unwarranted death.

Nowadays two wheeler accidents are increasing. Reasons are 1) Careless fast driving by heavy vehicles. 2) Road conditions ( needs to upgrade 4 lane for Karkal-Mangalore like Padubidri - Karkala express lane) 3) voilating traffic rules, driving without Helmet & Care less while using Roads.
