Mangaluru, Feb 11: The bhoomi puja for the new 'Aurum' apartments by city's renowned real estate group 'Citadel Developers' was held at Pinto Lane, Kadri Kambla Road, Bejai here on Wednesday, February 11.
The rituals were conducted by Sathyamurthi Bhat in the presence of dignitaries and developers.
The foundation stone was laid by the three partners of Citadel Developers - Ajith Kumar, Sandeep K and Ram Kumar. The land owners Jyothsna, Saritha, Sachita and Suman Lal were present on the occasion and joined hands in the foundation laying ceremony.
Project consultant Ravishankar, architects Praveen Saldanha and Manjari Saldanha of Saldanha and Associates, structural engineer Anil Hegde of Vimal Anil were present. Mahabala M of MM Constructions is the contractor for the project.
'Aurum' offers 30 beautifully designed apartments and includes 2 BHK as well as 3 BHK flats. It is an 8-storeyed building with two passenger elevators with generator back up, reticulated gas connection, children's play area and party area with uninterrupted water supply.
'Aurum' is located close to temples, churches, schools, colleges and markets. Despite being located within the city limits, one can enjoy tranquility.
