Its a matter of life and death. Two wheeler riders need to get to grips with the risks that are inherent with riding a two wheeler.
Even an encounter with an unexpected stone on the road can cause crippling grievous injury. Ride sensibly.

    Traffic police:
Time for the Traffic police to have very strict and stringent...rules..regulations and traffic rules with heavy fine/penalties:
1/ Driving License: for every category: heavy: medium : light should have to pass all Tests: Oral: writing:reading: driving.. from only Authorized driving schools.
2/Validity should be strict: every 5 years renewal.
3/ vehicle: registration: after thorough inspection for condition/breaks etc.
3/ Penalties: If any driver has defaulted many times then other than fine..jail.. set up Black points ...revoke the license..
let him go for driving test again ..repeat for offenders.
3/Have strict INSURANCE policies.without which do not renew the licenses..
    4/ Speeding:
have very hefty penalty including Revoking the Licensee..
5/ if any Politicians or bureaucrat or police chief or a businessman come s with Influence to break the LAW.
as per LAW first put him in prison...
    Otherwise like BANANA republic..
Law on books.. people drive like cattle.. no discipline .no rules..
no ethics..honk as they wish.. speed as thought God is calling them..
Let there be 100% discipline ...
With penalties the Govt can build new complex for Traffic police...
to set up departments like European and American standards...
    why not?
they are also Human beings like us not more but more qualified and evolved.

Roads are disastrous..no standards ..specifications..drawings..architecture..no concepts.. no completion..All third class JUGAAD.
You cannot find one honest..qualified civil Engineer who knows what he is talking
    about.
    No material testing labs..
Road is in complete ex: the road should have speed bumps..zebra crossing.. dividers..kerbs.. side walk..signage..Lighting..pedestrian crossings.. Signals.. STOP signs..
so, what are we talking about..you can boast about sending MASS probe when you cant build one clean ..straight and complete road meeting every international standards..
Time for Janatha to rise and take over municipality or city..sack each and every engineer/supervisor/ site engineers/architect and hand over this job o the KREC engineering college.
Politicians to step out ..do not go anywhere near this CITY department..
Why there is no design/architecture/ construction standards/ specs/ time schedules?
    penalty of non compliance..
Site supervision and approval ..completion certificates?
if every one want to EAT the share of the budget of this road ,then how can one work to make his profits?
    All Bogus.. third class...sub standard.

Karnataka now has the distinction of becoming a unsafe haven for major number of fatalities AND SURELY I can vouch that it has surpassed the most number of accidents all across the country. What a disgusting achievement.....

It is unfortunate that serial accidents like these are a daily occurrence. Under the circumstances it is necessary and - very necessary that lessons on SAFE DRIVING are provided to all two wheeler drivers. That apart all drivers of transport vehicles should be provided with refresher courses while they apply for renewal of driving licenses. JGG
