New Delhi, May 15 (NDTV): It's Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's birthday today, but he isn't getting much love from Indians. There is outrage that he posted an infographic on Facebook which features a map of India without Jammu and Kashmir.

Zuckerberg posted the infographic last night announcing the launch of Internet.org in Malawi, Africa. It shows countries where Facebook's initiative has been launched.

"With this launch, Internet.org is now available to more than 1 billion people around the world!" he posted.

Angry Indians did not take long to spot his error and informed him in many comments, each endorsed with likes by many more people.

"Great Job, Please correct the Indian MAP on this Picture, Kashmir is Missing," pointed out Akhil Dev. His comment has almost 2500 likes and over 350 replies.

Another user fixed Zuckerberg's inforgraphic with the correct map of India.

Zuckerberg's post had over 4,000 comments at the time of writing this, but the Facebook CEO had not responded on the controversy.

On Twitter, meanwhile, there was controversy over a map of India that state-run China television channel CCTV carried, removing Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh, which China claims as Southern Tibet.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a three-day visit to China. At talks with Chinese president Xi Jinping today, he had raised India's objection to Beijing issuing visas stapled to the passports of Arunachal residents, instead of stamps within.
