Nepal PM gets warm welcome in Mumbai


Mumbai, Feb 24 (IANS): Maharashtra Governor C.V. Rao and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday evening accorded a warm welcome to visiting Nepal Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli and his wife Radhika Shakya.

The governor hosted a banquet at Raj Bhavan in honour of the visiting dignitary and his delegation comprising ministers and Nepalese MPs.

Among the prominent personalities at the reception were Fadnavis's wife Amruta, state Finance minister Sudhir Mungantiwar, industrialist-philanthropist Rajashree Birla and S. Ramadorai, and playback singer Udit Narayan.
