Udupi, Sep 20: A total of 35 candidates withdrew their nomination papers for the election to the urban local bodies here on Wednesday September 19.

Seven Congress candidates, five BJP Candidates, one JD(S) candidate and an independent candidate withdrew their nomination papers, here for the Udupi city Municipal councils.

15 BJP candidates and one independent candidate withdrew their nomination papers for the Kundapur Town Municipal Council elections.
 
For the Karkala Town Municipal Council elections, five candidates withdrew their nomination papers.
