Bangalore, Sep 21: Three days after violence over TN CM's comments on Lord Rama broke out in the city and a bus was set afire killing two persons, the Bangalore Police still seem to be clueless about the culprits.

Senior police officers are tight-lipped about the investigations. Sources, however, said that some people said to be activists of Bajrang Dal have been arrested in connection with two incidents. On Tuesday night, miscreants had set fire to a Tamil Nadu State Corporation bus, killing two persons travelling in it and on the same night miscreants pelted stones and petrol bombs at TN CM's daughter's house in the city.

“Nothing can be said at this stage. We have picked up few people for questioning and no arrests have been made,” said Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Bipin Gopalakrishna.

Sources said the City Police are confused about further course of action in the case.

On Wednesday, about 15-20 suspects were picked up for questioning, based on the descriptions given by the driver and conductor of the Tamil Nadu State Corporation bus that was set ablaze on Tuesday night.
