Mangalore, Sep 27: The reigning coalition government is facing constitutional crisis now. The JD (S) supremo H D Deve Gowda has decided not to handover the charge to BJP. Hence, the governor should interfere at this crucial moment and impose presidential rule, said Janardhan Poojari, former Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president and Rajya Sabha member.

Speaking at a press conference here on Thursday September 27 evening, he opined that Deve Gowda has dropped the bombshell by saying that he would not handover the authority to BJP. He was found to be so happy for the first time during a press meet. Moreover, of late he has been engaged in finding faults with BJP.

With reference to the murder attempt case filed against the chief minister by Sriramulu, a BJP minister from Bellary, Poojari said that no chief minister has faced such a serious acquisition so far in the state. Hence Deve Gowda has decided to discontinue coalition with BJP. Owing to this move of Deve Gowda the constitutional crisis has arisen in the state. This clearly calls for the need of governor to interfere in the state affairs, he argued.

The Congress party would not support JD (S) or BJP at this juncture. Karnataka has never experienced such kind of political turmoil so far. The BJP has been active in creating communal disharmony all over India for decades. Although Deve Gowda has shared power with BJP, now he smells rot in everything, Poojari criticized.

Former prime minister H D Deve Gowda is behaving irresponsibly at a crucial moment. Hence the voters are expected to give fitting reply while casting their votes during the local body elections, which will be held on Friday September 28, he requested.

Congress leaders Kallige Taranath Shetty, Harikrishna Bantwal and M G Hegde were present at the press conference.

Both Deve Gowda and the BJP are a curse to Karnataka. I hope this nightmare ends soon. We all know about the drama troupe called Gowda and Sons. The BJP/Yediyurappa natak academy, backed by the mining lobby in Bellary, is even worse.

Having no knowledge of basic administration, he's squandered the state's finances with schemes like Loan waiver and lottery ban, he now wants to grab the CMs chair at any cost . At least he's presentable. Even pathetic is the state of Tourism (?) Minister Sriramulu,a representative of the mining lobby and nothing more than a glorified goon .

No tourist who has ever seen him speaking will set foot in the state! As Shakespeare one's said - All the world's a stage. This holds very true for such characters. God save the state from these men and their supporters

I humbly request the voters of all Karnataka, please do not vote to this 'H D DeveGowda Political Nataka Academy' in future. This is a anti development company of Karnataka. People should remember how many such dramas he has played within his own party. Now again the state is looking for election becoz of this company's drama.

Whose money is going to be spent for the election. If we face 2 elections in 5 years how the state can become economically strong..? A single party like BJP should be given a chance to have power in the state, because the Congress is good for nothing in Karnataka.

It was BJP mistake to believe Mr. Deve Gowda and joined the family drama 6 montha ago. Gowda will never allow anybody rule the state he thinks Karnataka is his kingdom and people are his subjects and he will do anything to rule the state with his kin. In fact he is a curse for Karnataka and Kannadiagas. He will never allow Karnataka to come up in india so long as he controls. Therefore the other political parties should learn the lesson from this events.
