Udupi, Apr 9: In an experience they would probably remember for a lifetime, a group of eleven students from Green Valley National School (GVNS), Shiroor, and their chief coordinator are now at John F Kennedy Space Centre, Port Canaveral, Orlando where they are participating in the 'Space Camp for International Students'.

At Kennedy Space Centre, these students have been engaging in many activities and interactive challenges which will enhance their love for space science. They have the opportunity to gather much knowledge about space, participate in fun-filled activities, and make friends with astronauts and share memories.

They are also scheduled to visit the Rocket Garden, witness a space shuttle launch and visit the Space Museum. They would also have the privilege of attending lunch with astronauts and obtain knowledge on space flights and missions.

The following students are participating in the space camp at NASA: Fathima Haifa – VI A, Sara Ruknaddin –VIII B, Shanthika – IX B, Fouziya Beegum- IX B, Adam Ruknaddin – VIII B, Glen Furtado – IX B, Mohammed Zubair – IX A, Shahid Badiadka – VIII B, Adil Sinhan Beary – IX A, Mohamme Ruwaif Askeri – VI A and Mohammed Basha – VI A.
