Mumbai: Model bank opens 17th branch at Palghar west

Mumbai, May 30: Model Cooperative Bank inaugurated their 17th branch at Palghar west on May 28. Palghar west Nativity church parish priest Fr James D'Silva blessed the branch.

Palghar west police commissioner Sharada Rauth inaugurated the branch after cutting the ribbon.






















Maharashtra state Palghar former in charge minister Rajendra Gavith and bank's founder president John D' Silva, deputy executive president William J Sequeira, in charge director Thomas D Lobo were present on the dais.

John D'Silva speaking on the occasion said that the bank intends to open branches all over Maharashtra and this branch is a part of its expansion plan.

Director Benedicta B Rebello, Vincent Mathais, Paul Nazareth, Sanjay Shindhe, advocate Pius Vas, Marita D'Mello, Abraham Clement Lobo, building owner Jayantilal Shapariya, Elvina A D'Souza, Jecintha V
Sequeira, advocate Anand Naghe, architect Mahendra Kale, Chandrakanth Patil, large number of customers and well wishers were present.

Bank's CEO and general manager William L D'Souza and chief manager Herald M Serrao presented flower bouquets to the guests and felicitated them. Diana Fernandes read the Bible. Edward Rasquinha compered the programme. Palghar west branch manager Bharath Deherkar proposed the vote of thanks.
