Recall Headley’s deposition, urges Abu Jundal’s lawyer

Mumbai, Jun 15 (TOI): Abdul Wahab, advocate for Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal, has sought to recall the deposition of Pakistan-born US national David Headley, a 26/11 attack accused.
The court is likely to hear the application on June 21. Wahab said he wants to recall the deposition as there are some queries he wants to ask Headley through videoconferencing. "Headley has not named my client so my client is safe but prosecution is trying to hide some important things which I want to expose by cross examining Headley," he said.
