Mumbai: Bharat Bank opens 94th branch at Mulund west

Mumbai, Jul 4: Bharat Cooperative Bank inaugurated their 94th branch at Mulund west on Srinagara B R Road on Saturday, July 2.

Bank’s executive president Jaya C Suvarna untied the ribbon and inaugurated the branch.

Guests of honour, social worker and Sagar Engineering and Solutions company proprietor Herald D’ Souza Belman and Billavara Association Mumbai executive president K Suresh Kumar lit the traditional lamp.

Bank’s executive Vice president advocate Rohini J Salian inaugurated the ATM service and senior director Pushpalatha N Salian inaugurated the security locker.

Local social worker, Congress leader Manoj Shindhe, building owner Ravi Shetty, businessmen Sunder Shetty Vidyavihar, Jayaram Rai, Leena Herald Miyar, Billava leaders Sadanand Anchan Thane, D K Poojary Ghatkopar, Devaraj Poojary Dombivli, Raghava K Kunder Vikroli, social workers Usha Hegde Thane, Jayaprakash Aiyar, retired officials Sadanand Poojary, Bhaskar T Poojary and other elite present on the occasion wished prosperity for the branch.

Senior officials of the bank, well-wishers and customers were also present.

Ulloru Dinesh Shanti conducted Ganahoma and Laxminarayana Pooje. Ullooru Shekar Shanti conducted Vastu Pooje, Homa, Vastu Bali and Dwara Pooje.  Gangadhar Kalmadi distributed Theertha Prasada. Shipra Tushar Poojary couple was in charge of religious proceedings.

Bank’s deputy general manager and branch in charge official Dinesh B Salian welcomed. Bank’s progress department head and DGM Mohandas Hejmady gave details of bank’s service, introduced the guests and compered the programme. 

Branch manager Harish K Poojary proposed vote of thanks.
