Jayalaxmi Cooperative Credit Society holds annual meeting

Mumbai, Jul 26: Jayalaxmi group of companies operating in the city held its sixteenth annual meeting in Goenka Bhavan, Andheri east on Sunday July 24. Karnataka Mandya district K R Pete MLA, Okkaliga Sangha Maharashtra founder president and Jayalaxmi Cooperative Credit Society Limited executive president Dr Narayana R Gowda who presided over the meeting lit the traditional lamp, set the meeting in progress and delivered the keynote address.















Society customers, customers, shareholders, well wishers, businessmen and religious leaders were present at the meeting. They commended the work done by the society and gave suggestions for its progress.

Staff Prakash Namdev Vadkar, Pradeep Kumar Rame Gowda, Shivakumar Hirannya Gowda, Ravi Subhash Gowda, Ganesh Chikke Gowda, daily cash collection agents Minal P Daund, Manje Dodde Gowda, Ravikumar Nanjappa Gowda, Ramakrishna Nanjunde Gowda, Basuraj Chikke Gowda, Pravin Ganesh Dhanavade, Devaraj Dene Gowda, Shanker Range Gowda, Sadashiva S Safaliga, Ananatha C Naik, Shobhan S Salian, Sathish C Gowda, Santhosh Mandavkar and Geetha Kishore Karkera were present. The executive president praised the services of the staff.

Society manager Parshuram Dound presented the details of the previous year''s financial affairs. Dr Narayana Gowda''s birthday was also celebrated on the occasion. Shilpa Santhosh Mandavkar gave the details of accounts.

Asharani Babu Gowda presented the annual accounts and announced that the society will pay 9% dividend to the shareholders, this year too. K Raje Gowda welcomed and introduced the guests and proposed the vote of thanks.
