Mumbai, Oct 4: The election for office bearers of Malad Kannada Sangha for the period 2016-19 was held recently.

Padmanabha S Payyade was elected honorary president; Balakrishna S Shetty, vice president; Shanker D Poojary, honorary chief secretary; Prakash S Shetty, honorary treasurer; Anil S Poojary, joint secretary; Shanker R Shetty, joint treasurer; Rathi Balachandra Rao, executive president, women's wing; Shambavi V Shetty, women's wing secretary; Santhosh K Poojary, youth wing executive president; Shanker H Poojary, youth wing secretary; Dayananda M Shetty, financial adviser and advocate S Hegde was elected legal adviser.
