Mumbai, Oct 11: The prestigious Mogaveera Vyavasthapaka Mandali which has indulged in social, educational, cultural and literary spheres for the last 115 years celebrated Teachers’ Day at their Andheri School recently.

Teachers of MVM School and their branch at Dombivli School from Balvadi till degree course gathered and participated in various competitions and celebrated the day.

Mehendi, hair styling, nail art, salad dressing and other competitions were held on the occasion. Fancy dress and Mimicri from the male members and music, Janapada, traditional and western dances by the female teachers surprised the audience.

High school teacher Sumangala Uchil, Sunanda Chavan, primary school headmistress Lata Karkera who served in the school for the last twenty five years were felicitated on the occasion.
