Zidane praises Rodriguez

Madrid, Nov 6 (IANS): Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane hailed midfielder James Rodriguez and expressed his hope that the Colombian would play more.

Zidane made his remarks on Saturday after James said on Friday that he maintains a good relationship with his French coach, reports Efe.

The midfielder pointed out that his relation with Zidane is not bad, but it is fine between a player and a coach, adding that he hopes to play more.

"James is playing less, but he's an important player. He helps us and I know he wants to play more," the French coach responded.

"Every player is special. I try to show the group that everyone is important_I hope he gets more playing time," Zidane added.
