ACB should raid all the Politicians belonging to all political parties, Government officials of the Present & Past, all over India. I am sure, most of the disproportionate assets r held by these people. This exercise would have been much better than Demonetisation.

Does your comment make any sense? A raid by law enforcement agency on any individual is an invasion of that person's privacy, and hence these agencies need credible evidence of wrongdoing before they undertake such raids.

An overzealous officer could always undertake an illegal raid. But then any court of law does not take cognizance of any evidence gathered in such illegal raids.

PS - a raid in itself is not a conviction of the accused. It is one of the tools of gathering evidence. Any law enforcement agency has to undertaken raids in accordance with the rules laid down by law.

Sadly my friend, your dislike of the political class and babus are not a reasonable basis under the law to authorise a raid. So stop making these blanket statements.

Are you suggesting that you need the British rule back? So that all wealth gets transferred to the UK?

If Indians do not rule in India, who else do you expect?
