    India's timid response to the dragon's killing of Tibetans is a betrayal of Gandhi's ideals and Nehru's legacy. India and China have made a Faustian bargain. India has decided to keep silent while China cracks down on it minorities in the name of sovereignty and territorial integrity while China does the same for India.
