The need of the hour is rowdy sheet rehabilitation center. If there is reasonable doubt of someone posing threat to others or involved in goondaism , even though they are not convicted, then put them into these rehabilitation centers for some minimum years with all the facilities like pool, gym etc., and they need to grow and cook their own food after providing all the basic raw materials & other facilities. Once they are released after being inside for minimum number of years if they continue the same which they used to do before then the cycle should continue.

Yes, it is certainly advantages for the inmates as well as their friends and relatives to visit each other on specified days of the week and spend some specified time so that each of them are satisfied with what's going on in life. The inmates in particular are the beneficiaries because they meet their families and share some of the viewpoints that are extremely helpful for them to reconcile their future life and prepare for a better life of peace for a new life as and when they come out of the jail.
