Mangaluru, Jan 27: A special collaborative painting event was held for kids aged 4-15 years at Forum Fiza Mall on Friday, January 26.

The event titled 'Make your Mark' led by Mashal a young and talented artist was to create works of art in a public setting, allowing free movement of thoughts and ideas.

As many as 50 children came together with their mentors to collaboratively paint on a single canvas. Well known artists Vikram Shetty, Shailesh and Priyanka lent art tips to children.

Three groups of children shared three canvases and drew pictures. The mentors gave the finishing touches to the paintings and mesmerized all with colorful art work.

Mashal said, "These types of creative things give chance to children to learn something along with fun. Children always like colors and paintings. They try to find their own imaginary world through colouring and painting. Hence, we came up with this event."

Gifts were distributed to the children who participated in the event.

Artist Athad was present.
