Kundapur, Mar 5: “A task force that does not malign the honour of the country and preserves its ideals and morals is inevitable. Year 2018 and 2019 is a milestone for the state and the country and is the beginning of the life of a patriotic. It is necessary to take a step with pride that Narendra Modi is for the country,” said famous orator Adarsh Gokhale.

He was speaking in an awareness meeting of voters held by Modi Abhimani Balaga at Saraswathi Kalyana Mantapa, Koteshwar.

“Nobody other than Modi can take revolutionary work such as demonetization, implementation of GST etc. Modi holds meeting with finance experts day and night in order to increase the GDP of the nation. Changes in GDP have taken place because of his efforts. It is ironic that our own people are acting like enemies when our enemy countries who should have opposed his efforts are quiet about his style of functioning. We should inculcate the feeling that country is more important than party.

“The Swachh Bharat concept started by Modi on Gandhi Jayanti was new. Modi has made the identification of India on world map possible like Lee had built Singapore. Israel which has half of the land in Karnataka has become a super power. The love of the country is responsible for it. We too should have it in us. We should support Modi's thoughts that every system in the country should pick up speed.

“There should be awareness among voters. The dreams in the minds should be a reality. It is not enough if the pictures of Modi are sent in Whatsapp and Facebook. The efforts should be sincere,” he said.

Prof Srikanth Shetty spoke on the occasion. Fans of Modi from various places of Kundapur attended the programme.
