Kasaragod: Tigers spotted at Pacchambala

Kasaragod, May 10: The residents of Pacchambala, Kumbla quarters near here have informed that they have spotted tigers roaming in and around the vicinity of their area.

Shivadasan, additional sub-inspector of Kumbla police station and his team visited the spot and conducted an inquiry. It is said that one tiger and two cubs that arrived from the nearby forest area have passed by the quarters.

The residents of the quarters, who saw the tigers on the night of Monday May 7 informed the same to the other people of the locality. In addition, the sight of tigers is recorded in the CCTV of the masjid that is situated at CHC road near Mattenguli.
