M'luru: 250 Anganawadis to be renovated in 2018-19 with required infra: Rotary guv MPHF Rohinath P

Mangaluru, Jun 29: "In the four revenue districts DK, Madikeri, Mysuru, Chamarajanagar which comprises Rotary district 3181, at least 250 Anganawadis will be renovated with necessary infrastructure through the network of 75 Rotary Clubs in the coming year," announced Rotary governor 2018-19, Rtn MPHF Rohinath P at a press conference here.

He made the announcement prior to his installation as Rotary governor of RI district 3181. His installation will be held at Cordell hall Kulshekar, here on June 30 at 7.30 pm.

"Infrastructure like toilets, pure drinking water, hand washbasin, children's playroom, outdoor play items, LPG gas with stove set, school furniture, attractive wall paintings, floor upgrading with tiles or otherwise, if needed at the time of the building renovation will be done under the scheme," he added.

"As a model, the UBMC Bokkapatna Anganawadi in Mangaluru has already been renovated with an expenditure of Rs 6 lac."

About Rtn MPHF Rohinath Governor 2018-19

He is an educationist who opened LCR Memorial Education Trust, an educational institution in the remote village of Kakyapadavu in Bantwal taluk. The institute imparts education from primary to degree to the rural children.
