Missing persons - Ten from Kasargod went to Yemen, not Dubai

Daijiworld Media Network - Kasargod (SP)

Kasargod, Jun 30: The police personnel of the district, who had received complaints about 11 persons from two families from Mogral and Anangur going missing after taking flights with the stated purpose of going to Dubai, have made headway in their probe.

Relatives of these two families had said that the members of the two families including children and women had gone missing. The police have since accessed travel documents of ten persons and realized that instead of going to Dubai, they have travelled to Yemen to join a religious study centre there.

The police said that Sawad from Mogral, one of the travellers, has sent copies of passports of ten persons through WhatsApp. They said that in case of need, he will be contacted. As of now, the concerned are cooperating with investigation and as per current indications, they are not facing any danger, police stated.

As the police say they have received information on ten persons, and the complaint received was on eleven persons, it is not known if complaint had wrong figure of eleven or the police have to yet get to know about one more person.

Once upon a time Yemen had the best religious schools for study of Islam. Students from all over the world used to go there.
Ongoing war has created lots of problems there and now they don't have even basic facilities.

Hopefully the police have received the information they are seeking.

But merely because one person sends the copies of 10 passports does not mean all ten persons are with him, or in a particular country.

Surely, the Indian immigration would know what flight these ten took and where they landed first. After that, of course, it would be difficult to know.

So, I suggest, police verify the whereabouts through a reliable third-party, on a periodical basis. When it is ISIS, what you see/hear is NOT what is reality.
