We feel very proud whenever we read the highlights of any daily events when the young men and women have taken over the new responsibilities in order to move forward on any task that is conferred upon them in the daily affairs of our community.

Very pleased to note that Ashvia Anna Lasrado has been elected as the President of YCS of Mangalore Diocese. These kind of assignments may appear simple on the surface but they have lots of good responsibilities placed in the hands of young men and women who are obliged to perform what is delegated to them.

Let us coach these young men and women properly, and let us give them constant guidance so that they achieve their responsibilities well. Let us reward them properly so that whenever they step down from their responsibilities their successors carry out the new jobs well. It's all for welfare of others, and when the job is well done, they can always be targeted for new responsibilities and they will do their job well.

Best of luck, and God bless.
