Mangaluru, Oct 2: An individual, who came to the office of municipal council in drunken stupor allegedly insulted female staff members and municipal commissioner and obstructed them from performing official duties. The municipal commissioner has lodged a complaint with Ullal police station.
Ullal Bastipadpu resident Sharif alias Moosabba, repeatedly come to the office and hurled expletives at the female staff members. He came again and insulted the civic commissioner. Complaints to the higher officials against him bear no fruit. Therefore, a complaint against him was lodged at the police station and to the deputy commissioner.
