Daijiworld Media Network – Shivamogga (EP)

Shivamogga, Nov 5: “I have not agreed to the vice president's position in the state. I was removed from that position all of a sudden one and a half years ago. They have appointed me again,” said BJP leader M B Bhanuprakash in a news conference here on Monday, November 5.

“I will remain as an ordinary activist of BJP. I have worked continuously in favour of MP B Y Raghavendra. I want him to win. I am hurt that B S Yeddyurappa does not see trust among all,” he said.

“One can win and destroy elections will tricks, But mind can be tied only with love and trust,” he said.

“I am working in BJP for the last 35 years. There is no letter culture in our party. We accepted Yeddyurappa when he came from KJP. But Yeddyurappa has considered those who asked him to set right his behaviour as bad. Sogadu Shivanna, Shivayogi Swamy, Girish Patel and several others in the party are treated unfairly without giving proper positions in the party,” he lamented.

“Instead of bringing newcomers to the party, those who have worked in the party for several years and remained quiet should be spoken to,” he said. Sports authority former vice president Girish Patel was present.
