Five injured in 65th Macao Grand Prix


Macao, Nov 18 (IANS): Five people were injured in a crash on the last day of the 65th Macao Grand Prix on Sunday, the organisers confirmed.

Sophia Florsch, who suffered the most, lost control of her car during racing, and crashed into another car and a platform for media, reports Xinhua news agency.

The other four injured includes another driver, two photographers and a marshal. Both of them were conscious when rushed to the hospital.

The five injured were still receiving medical treatment.
