Udupi, Nov 20: Observing the jubilee year, Nirmala English Medium School Brahmavar on November 17 and 18 two days of district level Utsav for Cubs and Bulbuls.
Fourteen cub masters and 18 flock leaders from 16 schools with 420 students participated in the Utsav. The headmaster of Nirmala English medium school Brahmavar Fr Joslie D’Silva addressed the gathering with a welcome note.
There was a town rally for the cubs and bulbuls escorted by the band group. Along with singing and dance competition, there were several activities like Bamboo doll, palm leaves craft, Baden Powell portrait. District level scouts guides dignitaries namely Shantha V Acharya, Dr Vijayendhra Vasanth and Jayachandra Rao, Anand Adkiga, Nitin Amin, Summan Shekar and R T Bhatt were present.
