Udupi, Nov 29: On the occasion of 'Swachha Karkala', Abhiyana, Day to Day Digitals, along with the MPM Government first grade college, Karkala organized a special
campaign on November 29.

Prof Shirvaram Ajri M, principal of MPM College inaugurated the programme, while Dr Ishwar Bhat of Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala, Shrikanth Bhat, Samsung distributor, Udupi, Prof Krishna Bhat, HOD Commerce department, Ajjarkad, Udupi, Subhas Prabhu, managing director, Day to Day Digitals, staff of Day to Day Digitals and the students from MPM first grade college were present on the occasion.

We come across many campaigns and programmes in India that aim to clean the streets, roads and infrastructure of India’s cities, towns and rural areas.

On Thursday the people of Mandala Gopura in Karkala came up with these programmes. On the occasion of a festive celebration in Karkala of Lord Srinivasa and Venkataramana, this significant programme was initiated by cleaning up the roads.
