Mumbai, Dec 3: Chembur Karnataka Sangha held its 63rd annual meeting at Chembur on December 2.

Vice president Prabhaker B Bolar, joint secretary Sudhaker H Anchan and joint treasurer Sunder N Kotian were on the dais. Former honorary chief secretary Devadas K Shettigar welcomed the gathering and read the report of the previous year’s meeting. Honorary treasurer T R Shetty presented the previous year’s accounts and briefed the details of the activities of the sangha.

Hemalatha A Shetty and Sukanya Poojary were appointed internal auditors and CA Vishwanath Shetty was appointed external auditor. The meeting unanimously elected for executive committee, Jaya N Shetty, Prabhaker B Bolar, Devadas K Shettigar, K Jaya M Shetty, Madhukar G Bailur and Sunder N Kotian.

Executive committee members Vishwanath S Shenava, Rama Poojary, Ashok Salian, Mohan K Kanchan, Yogesh V Gujaran, Ranjankumar R Ameen, Sudheer V Putran, Chandrashekar A Anchan, Gunaker H Hegde, Shanker Shetty, Sridhar Shetty, Nagesh Kotian, Umesh N Kotian and other members were present.

The meeting paid homage to Raju Shetty, Jaya T Poojary, Sheena S Shettigar, Y Shivarama Acharya and other members who passed away during the previous year. Devadas K Shettigar proposed the vote of thanks.
