Mumbai, Dec 24: Chembur Karnataka Sangha on December 22 held its annual Sahitya Samskrithi, Sammana Sambhrama programme. Adlabs and Imagica Company founder and Bollywood producer Manmohan R Shetty inaugurated the programme.
President of the Sangha, advocate H K Sudhakar Arate led the programme, Vishranth Chemical Limited president B V Vivek Shetty was present as chief guest.
Special achievers in different sectors were felicitated on the occasion.
Biozone dance academy of Mangaluru performed colourful dances. School students presented various cultural programmes. Dr Shamala Prakash sang a poem of Nisar Ahmed. Poorvi K Rao presented cultural programme.
Bharath B C Road sang a prayer song. Cultural committee secretary of the sangha Chowta welcomed the gathering, introduced the felicities and compered the programme. Vedadas Shettigar proposed the vote of thanks.
