Mumbai: BSKB Gokula youth wing holds winter camp for children

Mumbai, Dec 27: Gokula youth wing of BSKB Association held a three day long winter camp for children between 7 years and 15 years at Ashrayadhama for senior citizens at Nerul from December 22. The camp began after Bhajans.

Sahana Pothi, Neraja Bhat, Krathi Chadaga, Tanvi Rao and Prema B Rao taught Bhajans, Kannada and Sanskrit, dances, Yakshagana, preparation of garlands, Kasoothi and Origami. A P K Pothi trained children in mathematics. Carnival support services corporate trainer Mahesh Swaminathan taught games with studies. Prashanth Herle and Srilaksmi Udupa taught games.

BSKB Association president Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel chaired the concluding part of the camp. Secretary A P K Pothi, youth wing president Haridas Bhat, convener Narayan Moorthy, executive committee member Srilaksmi Udupa were on the dais.



Youth wing convener Narayan Moorthy welcomed the gathering. Haridas Bhat proposed the vote of thanks. Children sang bhajans taught to them to conclude the camp.
