Mumbai: Gadinada Janapada cultural festival held

Mumbai, Apr 2: Mogaveera Vyavastapaka mandali on Sunday evening March 31 held Janapada festival at Mogaveera Bhavan, Andheri west. The festival was inaugurated by film actor and former president of Kannada development authority Bengaluru Dr Mukhyamantri Chandru.

Mandali president Krishnakumar L Bangera chaired the programme. "We should preserve our culture. Janapada is the main root of our culture. The present generation is forgetting it,” said author Dr Sunita Shetty.



Janamana Janapada cultural organization founder G N Swamy welcomed everyone and gave an introduction. Arvind Kanchan and Pratibha R Gowda compered the programme. Mogaveera monthly magazine editor Ashok S Suvarna proposed the vote of thanks.
