US speaker Nancy Pelosi expresses concern over treatment of Muslims in India

Washington, Jul 12: Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi expressed concern over the treatment of Muslims in India during her talk with chairman of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), John Chambers at a Forum event in Washington DC.

Pelosi stated her main agenda has often been strengthening the India-Us relationship. She considered it to be a proud moment when Prime Minister Modi was part of the joint session of Congress back in 2016. She continued to commend Modi on his skill of delivering speeches and made it a point to appreciate him regarding the same. Pelosi stated that she always felt it was necessary to bring up concerns over treatment of Muslims in India and considered it wise to talk about it occasionally when discussing about the Ind-US relationship.

Pelosi also believed that values and influence of Mahatma Gandhi on the civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr, has harboured the relationship between the two countries. She also called satyagraha as 'the spiritual gift that India has given to the United States'.

Further, Pelosi praised Mahatma Gandhi for his values and his employment of nonviolence and stated that she read about him in her childhood.

    As in the past, now and then America played between Pakistan and India. Recently it targeted Pakistan and when they found Pakistan won't care for them embracing China, they started to think about approaching them again. Recently Trump lambasted the tax implemented on American goods. Trump wants American interest to be safeguarded. We don't want to safeguard ourselves ? Yes. Thats what Modi govt did.

    Now the old voice from them again. Nothing else...

    Hell Nancy Madame, Question for you. Name one country that is in peace after these immigrants from peaceful countries migrated and begged for a home? I am just back after visiting the UK . I was shocked. You wont believe . London, Birmingham , and many other places are similar to some Paki districts now. Non english speaking immigrants have created a havoc there. Its either Urdu or Arabic . Brit Locals are moving away from Birmingham to other places in England. Keep this micky mouse sxxt to yourself.

    Dear Nancy . Ha Ha Ha! Please let me know one country in the world that-
    - pays for pilgrimage expenses in full for its minorities that involves a foreign trip.?
    - has special previliges for minorities in welfare schemes
    - has job reservation for minorities
    - takes care of marriage expenses for minority wemen
    - has exemption from court cases for crime committed by minorities (mugda alpasnakyatharu scheme).
    Then lets talk. You guys were singing a different song on immigrants from islamic countries and their payback very recently, Come on!!!

    In between US attacked Iraq on fake propaganda, killed millions of muslims, displaced millions, whole ME countries its citizen fall into chaos, riots and gave birth to ISIS..US attacked Afghanistan killed thousands of muslims for 9/11, infact not a single afghani invloved in 9/11..now US is preparing war with Iran, once again on fake propaganda, 90% preparation war ready..another killing of Muslims, displacement on horizon...and US concerned about Indian muslims!!, that also on fake fabricated stories..did any one talks about killing, murders, destroying of temples in Delhi radicals!!...its just a pressure tactics to get some defense deal as India going with Russia for S400 system..

    Nice to learn some one is there concern about muslims in india. People from european countries and america are now much worried about immigrants who wants to apply shariah law in that country. We aware one or other day these government seek help of modiji in this matter. They are like pandora box. Only india and isarel help it out.

    Despite this, how come lakhs of Bangladeshi and Rohingya muslims are coming and settling down in India ? It means, all lynching, Murder news are either fake or fabricated. Will these US speaker talk about Hindus of Pakistan whose population reduced from 19% in 1947 to 1% in 2010 ?
